Returns & Exchanges: 

What is your return / exchange policy?
We have a 30-day guarantee policy.

30-day guarantee: 
You have 30 days within receiving your order to send your item back for an exchange or store credit.

Send us back your order and we will cover the shipping to send you an exchange within the US.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only accept items that are in new condition with tags still intact and with the original packaging. If items have signs of usage (dirty, smells, animal hair, etc.), we will not accept them. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion depending on the condition of the returned item.  

We do not refund shipping costs. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. You are responsible for shipping any returns / exchanges back to us.

If you are exchanging an item, we will pay the cost (within the US) to send you the new item.  If you are outside of the US or we do not have the exchange in stock, we will give you store credit so you can place a new order.

Exchanges for other items:
If your requested items are out of stock you may receive store credit. 

Items that were bought with store credit or were already exchanged are not eligible for additional exchanges / returns.


Returns and Exchanges take up to 5 days to process once received.

If you are sending back shoes, the shoe box must be in new condition. You must place the shoe box into another box or shipping envelope, do not apply tape or postage stickers directly to the shoe box or we cannot accept it.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Clearance Items
  • Costume Items
  • Masks or Health & Safety Items
  • Swimwear and Undergarments
  • Makeup / Cosmetics
  • Piercing Jewelry
  • Anything that has been used, worn, dirty, or missing original packaging / tags.

Can I Exchange Something for a different size?

Yep! As long as your item is eligible for exchange and is still in new condition with original packaging, we will exchange it for you no problem! We will cover the shipping within the US to send you a new package. (You still have to cover shipping to send it to us though)

There's a mistake with my order—oops! What do I do?

No worries, we will make it right! If we make a mistake, we will cover any return shipping costs and we will make it right.
Please note - any order mistakes must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order.
